Since vultures only attack from the front, here is an easy wasy to defeat them. Simply hold R1 when they strike you to block them, then hit them back with the sword. They move fairly slowly after you block their attack so you should have a few seconds to hit them. It should kill the vulture with no hassle whatsoever.

When entering the room with the defense system in it, follow these steps to complete the puzzle:

Step on the glowing "full moon" panel to retrieve the first axle.

Approach the levers on the middle of the platform, and turn it on these steps: right, up, left three times, and up two times. Step on the glowing New Moon to retrieve it.

Next, turn the levers up, right two times, and up two times. Then, step on the half moon panel to gain the third axle.

A "quarter moon" insignia marks the last axle. Turn the levers right and down. Step on the quarter moon to receive the last axle.

To bring the entire platform up, move the levers up, left and up.

When Prince is injured by fighting or jumping, his life bar will decrease. When you drink the water it will regain his health a little. To complete a full life bar you need to repeat the process several times. Here's a tip to quickly increase his life bar:

When you drink water press the drink button (R1) repeatedly. Instead of taking water for once and stop, Prince will continue drinking water until the life bar is full.


Note: Bluemoonriser reports - it's easier to just hold down R1 rather than pressing it multiple times. The end result is the same

When you and Farah separate for the \"I\'ll meet you at the baths\" section you have a nice big timed puzzle to complete.
The most tedious thing I found with this was dodging those vultures, I suggest getting rid of the before proceeding with the task...here\'s two ways...
1.As soon as you enter the area, don\'t run along the wall yet, instead go to the ledge near the table and chairs on the balcony and hop over...but don\'t drop, or you die just draw your sword with \'SQUARE\' and when the birds fly past hit them with your sword...[they wont attack you from there as they\'re not triggered to]
This way does take a rather long time mind and though it gets the majority...some may not fly close enough to you. [You may need to do the following anyway!]

2.This way is better and faster and will help you later in the game too...do the neccessary to get to the beam in which they circle around and stand [on a straight part if possible] facing any direction...[you\'ll hear some music play...as you do] and one of the birds will line up in front of you to attack.
Now, it will hover upwards slightly, make a low pitched sctreetch and suddenly make a high pitched screetch, signalling an attack, when the latter happens, quickly press \'O\' once to hang from the ledge and straight away press \'X\' once to climb up, [the bird will be all confused and try to follow you] then quickly press \'SQUARE\' twice quickly while it is close to draw sword and slash the birdie, then put the sword away and wait for the next one, [you don\'t need to touch the analog stick(s) at all during this, there\'s, no need to, and he may get off balanced, plus the birds only attck from the front, so no need to worry about any others flying around] repeat proceedure until all are dust ;D

Many people struggle with this, but there is one simple way to do it.
Get in position to jump and and move the right analogue stick to face the next wall. Now jump and halfway through, as he is turning, move the analogue stick to the opposite way and jump as you hit the wall.
Doing this you can keep jumping until there is no place to jump.

When bats attack you on a balancing beam, despite what a lot of people say, stay on top of the beam. If you get hit, you will just fall off and catch the beam, but if you are hanging and you get hit, you will let go!!! Anyhoo, when the bats come, allow them to gather around you, and just before they attack, slash frantically!!! You kill some, and the rest will retreat. Repeat this tactic as often as necessary. When there are only three bas left, they will fly away for good.

At about 83% through the game you will find yourself in a room with eight doors. In this room you will have to find the corect series of doors in order to proceed. To solve this puzzle, walk by each door and if you hear the sound of trickling water, go through it. Repeat this until a little cut scene plays.

The vultures always attack from the front. When they are getting ready to stike, turn to the opposite direction and they will fly around you to attack you from the front. When they are passing you, stike your sword and kill them one by one.

After earning yourself the second sword which can break the walls, gain access to the secret corridor. Stop halfway through the corridor and on the right wall should be a wall with a crack that someone has hastily concealed. Break the wall to find another Magic Fountain.

If you are low on health (especially when fighting too much sand minions) go to a water fountain or a pool of water and press and hold R1 untill the Prince's life bar increases to maximum. Some people tell you to press R1 rapidly but the correct and easy way to do it is just to press and hold R1.

If you're having trouble with this puzzle then I would advise you to just simply keep your ears open and try to find the door with dripping sounds. Keep looking for the dripping sounds and you will eventually solve this puzzle. It's not as hard as it sounds.

If you're not in a battle and you draw your sword, Farah will ask you what you are doing. You are able to hit her with the sword but it will decrease her life. If you do hit her, she will most likely hit you with an arrow which will also decrease your life bar.

If you have farah by your side go into first person view (R1) and keep staring at her face/body and she will say "what are you looking at" and she will start to blush. The Prince will response "I'm not looking at you!"

Start a new game and stay on the balcony. Hold L3, then quickly press X, Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, X, Square, Circle. You will then enter the first level of the original Prince Of Persia game, redone in 3D. Note: There is no end to the level. Once you get your sword and see a picture of the developers, that is all there is. Do not think that you are stuck; they just did not have time to finish it.

When the Prince and Farah attempt to cross the drawbridge you have lowered, many sand creatures will appear to battle you. Just run past them on the left and into the open doorway with the switch inside. They will not follow, and you wll not have to fight them.

When you reach the bottom of the chamber in the A Prisoner Seeking An Escape level, kill all the sand creatures and then enter the cell to the left when looking at the save point. In the left corner of the cell is a little joke on the wall. Take a closer look in first person view at the drawings you find there. Obviously the prisoners where playing hangman here.

moving that lever break the wall that is to the right of the symbolled door between the two pillars. You have revealed a gate move the lever to point at this gate to open it and go through it. You can now play Prince of Persia 1.

All you do is stand on the balcony, go to the left wall, then pause: When paused go to options then camera, put rotation inverted then confirm, then go to controller and hold L2 and R2: Then while holding press quickly Square, Circle, R3, L3, R1, up, right, down, left, triangle!
